December has been a great month for Hollywood as in the beginning, it got a hit in the name of Coco. Then we got ourselves most anticipated movie of the year Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Rian Johnson has delivered a visually stunning film which has been appreciated by the fans.

Star Wars gave all of us hope that the franchise is in right hands right now. As both the movies under Disney has worked wonders from every perspective. Now, with the year coming to an end and looking towards the future, we got the good number of trailers for upcoming movies.

Annihilation

Natalie Portman & Oscar Isaac starrer ‘Annihilation’ is a sci-fi horror movie. Alex Garland of Ex-Machina fame has directed the film, based on the best-selling novel by Jeff VanderMeer. Alex Garland himself has written the screenplay for the movie. From the trailer, it looks little strange and will make an enjoyable watch. The film comes out February 23rd.

Ready Player One

Steven Spielberg returns to the Sci-Fi Genre with this movie based on the novel by Ernie Cline. The two-minute clip makes you anxious and propels you to watch the story unveil itself on the bigger screen. The story revolves around a boy named Wade Watts who lives in a dystopian future, where humans have no place to go. So, they spend most of their time in Virtual Reality based game Oasis. The movie is based on the nostalgic elements and looks like a hell of an adventure.

SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE

Sony Pictures gave a world the glimpse of Spiderman in its new trailer of Spider-Man: Into the Spidey Verse. The movie will be an animated, and the spiderman will be an American-African kid named Myles Morales. There have been many successors of original spiderman whom we know as Peter Parker. Myles Morales is one of that successor, and from the trailer, it looks impressive to watch his story as a spiderman.

Alita: Battle Angel

Alita: Battle Angel is based on the manga series Battle Angel Alita by Yukito Kishiro, published in the year 1990. The story takes place in the post-apocalyptic future and focuses on Alita, a cyborg who has lost all her memories. The trailer looks intriguing, and there is sense mystery in it. You will be downright eager to know more about the story as soon as the trailer ends.

THE 15:17 TO PARIS

Clint Eastwood is back in the director’s chair, as he brings to us a true story about three Americans who stopped a shooting on a train in France in 2015. The unique thing about this movie is that it stars the actual heroes of the incident. It will be interesting to see how Eastwood brings this one to life after his last movie ‘Sully’ which was also based on the true event. The trailer is realistic and the background score gets you all pumped up.
