Next version of Andriod is getting into its final stage for release and according to popular Twitter user Evan Blass, Andriod P will release on August 20. The upcoming version of the android is likely to be named Android Pistachio, although this name has not been confirmed by Google yet.

As per the roadmap of Google official release date of the new version of Android happens around mid of August. Last year we have seen the release of Android 8.0 on August 21. On the basis of the similar analysis, Evan Blass predicted the launch date of Android 9.0. Last week, the latest preview version of the Android 9.0 was released to testers which signifies that the launch date of Android 9.0 is getting closer.

It is sure, that the Google Pixel and Nexus devices will be the first to receive the latest version of the android.
