Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Multiplayer servers running at 64Hz now

Treyarch listened to the community request on October 23rd for Call of Duty Black Ops 4 and on the same day itself, the developers improved its client data rate from 20 Hz to 30 Hz.

As per the reporting from the players, it can be concluded that these changes are not live for all regions at once, Treyarch has staged the rollout for the different regions

A Reddit user /u/soja92 has shared some interesting results, demonstrating multiple tests for both PlayStation 4 and PC. The results are pretty amusing as the Multiplayer Client update rate has been increased to 64Hz and the Server Update rate speed is 60 Hz

But still, the Custom game mode is struggling to get a decent client update rate, as per the results it is only clocking at 20 Hz, while 60 Hz is Server Update Rate.

Similar reason can be cited here, as Treyarch might have planned staged rollout for the improvement among the different regions and might get improved in the coming weeks

Blackout mode is also clocking 20Hz Client Update currently and 60 Hz Server Update Rate. But reports are suggesting that Blackout target Client Update rate has been set at 40Hz for 80-100 players match.

It is currently unknown whether the Blackout will get the 60 Hz Client Update Rate or not.

But in the coming weeks, we are sure to see some improvements in the client update rate for better networking in the game
