Download the Cam scanner form the Play store on your smartphone, if don’t have it already. Below are the links to download the Cam Scanner app.
Open the CamScanner App.
Tap on the camera icon on the bottom right of the screen, if you want to capture the image and then copy the text from image.
Now capture an image and the app will begin to process the image and convert it into the pdf type form, so when it finishes the scanning certain options will appear at the bottom of the screen. You have to tap on the “OCR” option present at the bottom center of the screen.
As soon as you tap on the ”OCR”, a pop up will appear with two options, you have to tap on “Local fast recognition” and the app will begin to recognize the text and in a few moments present the plain text in front of you.
So, that’s all folks, you can easily copy the text produced in the above step and do whatever you want to do it.
