It has been all about Marvel Universe from past several days, with the release of Avengers Infinity war, the Marvel Universe is shining across all the box offices of the globe. But the success of Avengers has not deterred DC comics from innovating and bring the best of DC comics to the world.
Yesteryear, Warner Bros and DC Entertainment have announced that they will be launching a streaming service for all the DC fans, which would include both animated and live series. Now, the streaming service official landing page is live on the DC comics website and has a name “DC universe”
The streaming platform will feature exclusive original series for DC fans, who will subscribe to this platform. It is really relieving news among DC fans, as they are expecting DC Comics to showcase some brilliant shows and bounce back against their arch-rivals Marvel Comics

The shows for the new streaming platform has also been announced which includes the animated Young Justice: Outsiders (DC’s Titans comics adaptation) and an animated series on Harley Quinn. Also, on the roster is a live-action Swamp Thing series. Swamp Thing drama has a run-time of one hour and will be based on the comics by Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson. It has been written by Mark Verheiden (Daredevil, Ash vs Evil Dead) and Gary Dauberman(IT). Titan series will be written and produced by the Greg Berlanti (Arrow, The Flash). Titan series is expected to release in 2018, while Swamp Thing will get 2019 release.
No official launch date for the DC Universe streaming platform has been announced yet. DC Comics has also confirmed more shows will be added to this streaming platform in the coming time.
