After a plethora of leaks and rumors, the tech giant Google has finally launched the much-awaited smartphone of the year-the pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL at the #MadebyGoogle event held in New York. Both the phones were completely leaked weeks ahead of the launch today and the leaks and rumors turned out to be true. The pixel 3XL features notch on the top the display and this time also, the phones are equipped with the single rear camera like the last year’s pixel 2/2XL but the phones were able to produce that amazing bokeh effect with the single camera that we all have seen, so with the pixel 3/3Xl we can also expect similar performance.
With regard to design, there was not a big change, but the company did a refinement in the visual, if we take into account the past generation. The rear holds that two-tone finish, but now the material is entirely glass and not a combination of glass and metal.
With that, we still get a more rounded frame and slightly softer corners apparently. The fingerprint reader continues in the back, in the same position as the predecessor. The rear camera also continues with the same arrangement.
What changed was the front. This is especially true for the Pixel 3 XL, which has a notch or notch at the top of the screen that gets to be comic from so big. In this element, Google houses two cameras, a speaker and several other sensors. No 3D facial biometrics, though.
At the bottom, the phone have a thick edge that houses a second speaker for stereo sound, and on the common Pixel 3 it is entirely symmetrical with the top edge. Moreover, there are no noticeable changes.
Software, on the other hand, is the latest version of Android Pie 9 . This is the first Android device to come on the market with factory-installed digital welfare features.
Google should unveil details on price and availability of new phones very soon. Stay connected to this publication.
