Huawei sub-brand Honor showcased a smartphone dubbed Honor Magic 2 a few weeks ago during the period of IFA 2018. The smartphone was a bezel-less smartphone with a pop-up camera mechanism. Now in a fresh set of leaks, a new image of the Honor Magic 2 is leaked showcasing its colours and triple rear camera setup on the Rear side.
Looking at the images it can be seen that the phone has a glass back with curved edges. There is a purple time on the blue colour model. The triple camera setup is placed at the top left of the smartphone. An LED and two cameras are housed in a single block while the third lens is placed separately below the two lenses. Below the camera arrangements “AI Vision” text can be seen and The Honor branding can be seen at the bottom-left corner of the device. Another variant of the phone that has black colour features has a strange “Eiffel” text instead of Honor branding.
We cannot see any fingerprint sensor or the rear panel so it puts weight to the rumours that say that the Honor Magic 2 will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor and as showcased by the company will house a slider mechanism on the front to feature the front camera and the sensors. The Honor Magic 2 will be the first phone from the company to be powered by the kirin 980 Chipset and it will support 40W fast charging.
The other specifications and pricing of the Honor Magic 2 are not known, yet. The handset is scheduled to get official on Oct. 31.
