How will Call of Duty: Modern Warfare cross-platform play work?

This question was unanswered until one of the devs from Infinity Ward, Candice Capen, replied to a fan’s question about the same. She didn’t answer the question clearly but may have given out the actual thing.

Tha fan asked whether the cross-platform be related to just Xbox and PS4 or will it extend to the PC players too? She answered the question by saying, “Everybody plays with everybody plays with everybody.”

This could possibly mean that players from every platform can play with other players on any platform. However, since this was not an official reveal, it is still pending to get an official answer regarding the cross-platform play in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
