The new League Of Legends update arrived on PBE last night. As of now, it seems to be a small one as compared to the Patch 9.3. Despite its size, there are significant changes to Champions and some new skins to check out.

When it comes to the balance changes, Rek’Sai’s goes through some changes. Now, she will able to move underground easily. Her R will only be dodgeable if a champion with the fastest feet, i.e., able to teleport 1000+ units away.
Two new skins have also hit the PBE. Anivia and Nunu & Willump both get some colorful Papercraft skins.

We don’t know the exact release date of League of Legends patch 9.4, but Riot used to release the lol patch notes bi-weekly. So, we can expect patch 9.4 notes on Wednesday, February 20.

League of Legends Champions changes

Rek’Sai

    General:
  • Fury bar now changes color from Yellow to Red when full.
Queen’s Wrath/Prey Seeker (Q):
  • Burrowed Q grants 25 Fury like other spells do
    Burrow/Unburrow
  • Rek’Sai immediately burrows on Respawn now (if she has learned Burrow).
Void Rush (R):
  • R only being dodgeable if someone teleports a larger distance away (1000 units +, so similar behavior to other targeted dashes).

Sylas

    Chain Lash (Q): Q2 will now hit more easily and deals equal damage to monsters.
    Kingslayer (W): Heal decreased to 50/80/110/140/170 from 50/85/120/155/190.

Vi

Stats:
Base AD decreased to 62 from 64. Attack speed per level decreased to 2 from 2.5
Blast Shield (P):
Cooldown changed to 12 seconds from 12-8 seconds.
Shield Size increased to 15% max health from 10%.
Denting Blows procs (W) reduce Blast Shield’s cooldown by 3 seconds.
Vault Breaker (Q):
Damage changed to 20/60/100/140/180 + 140% total AD from 110/160/210/260/310 + 160%.
No longer deals reduced damage to minions and monsters.
Denting Blows (W):
Attack speed changed to 20/30/40/50/60% from 30/35/40/45/50%.
Excessive Force (E):
AD ratio decreased to 110% total AD from 115% total AD.
AP ratio increased to 90% from 70%. AOE can now crit.
Assault and Battery (R):
Cooldown increased to 120/100/80 from 110/85/60.
Damage increased to 150/325/500 + 110% bonus AD) from 150/300/450 + 140% AD.
No longer deals damage to additional targets. CC duration on secondary targets increased to 0.75 seconds from 0.25 seconds.
Knockback distance on secondary targets increased to 400 units from 250.

    • UNIQUE Passive: Energized attacks gain 35% bonus Range (+150 range maximum).
    • Attacks become Energized 25% faster. Energized attacks function on structures

Statikk Shiv

  • [Passives reorganized, Energized passive now unique]
    • UNIQUE Passive – Energized: Moving and attacking will make an attack Energized. Your Energized attacks deal 60~140 bonus magic damage (based on level) on hit.
    • UNIQUE Passive: Energized damage bounces to 5 targets and can critically strike.

League of Legends patch 9.4 Conqueror rune changes

Attacks or spells that deal damage to an enemy champion grant 3-15 Adaptive Force (based on level) for 3s (8s for melee). Stacks up to 5 times. When fully stacked, heal for 10% of damage dealt with champions and convert 10% of that damage to True Damage.”
