- Deadly Plumage (W) attack speed lowered from 40/50/60/70/80% to 40/47.5/55/62.5/70%
- Vs. Live: from 30/35/40/45/50% to 40/47.5/55/62.5/70%

Runes Changes
Minion Dematerializer (I3)

- Amount of charges lowered from 6 to 3
- Damage Bonus increased from 4% to 6%
- Damage Bonus on the same minion type increased from 1% to 3%
- Starting cooldown lowered from 240 to 180
- Rows swapped back to live (Demat back on row 3, Hextech Flashtraption back on row 2)
