The South Korean company LG Electronic continues to disclose details about the upcoming flagship smartphone the LG G7 ThinQ. This time the manufacturer revealed that the flagship will receive a powerful Boombox speaker, which will be ten times louder than the “average” smartphone available today in the market.
According to LG, the volume level is increased to more than 6 dB with a bass more than doubled. Like other modern flagship LG, the smartphone will boast a Hi-Fi chip Quad DAC (quad-DAC, digital-to-analog converter). There is also support for DTS: X technology which is implemented first time in smartphones, providing a 3D effect and up to 7.1 channels, even with standard headphones.
LG earlier announced the date of the announcement of its next flagship smartphone. The press event is scheduled for May 2, 2018, and will be held in New York and Seoul.
According to leaks and rumours, the smartphone will feature a 6-inch display with a resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels, a 19.5: 9 aspect ratio that is with the modern trend of displays with a Notch-like iPhone X style.The LG G7 ThinQ will feature a single 8-megapixel front camera and dual 16 + 16-megapixel rear cameras with a fingerprint scanner on the back panel.
The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 coupled with 4/6 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage and it will be backed up with a battery capacity of 3000 mAh.It is said to be made available in Raspberry Rose, Moroccan Blue, Moroccan Blue (Matte), Platinum Grey, and Aurora Black colour variants – availability to vary depending on the region.
