The Chinese manufacturer has launched a new budget smartphone dubbed Meizu Note 8 in its hometown today. The Meizu Note 8 features some nice specs considering its price point. Let’s have a look at the specifications and price of the Meizu Note 8.

The Meizu Note 8 is equipped with a 6-inch (1080×2160 pixels) full-HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio, 450-nit peak brightness, and a pixel density of 403 pixels per inch.
In the hardware department, the Meizu Note 8 gets is power by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC clocked at 1.8GHz, paired with 4GB of RAM. The graphics of the phone are handled by the Adreno 506 GPU. The phone comes with 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128 GB via a MicroSD Card.
In the camera department, the smartphone features a dual rear camera setup with a 12 Megapixel camera as the primary sensor and a 5 Megapixel camera acts as a secondary sensor with f/1.9 aperture. For selfies, the smartphone sports a single 8 Megapixel camera.
The smartphone is powered by the 3,600 mAh battery and as far as the connectivity is concerned it includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, and GPS/ GLONASS. It houses all major sensors namely accelerometer, ambient light sensor, electronic compass, gyroscope, hall sensor, and proximity sensor including a fingerprint sensor that sits on the rear panel.

The Meizu Note 8 is priced at CNY 1,298 (roughly Rs. 13,700) in China. The pre-orders for the handset has already started via the company’s website, and the sales will start on November 1. The phones will be available to buy in Dark, Gray Blue, Smoke Purple, and Flame Red colour options.
