Xiaomi Mi band 3 launched in India at Rs. 1,999


Xiaomi has finally launched the Mi band 3 in India today at Smarter Living event in Bengaluru months after the product debuted in China. The band features an OLED display and comes with the heart rate sensor.

Mi Band 3 Features

The Mi Band 3 has an improved design, hardware, and features over its successor the Mi band 2. The Mi Band 3 is equipped with a bigger 0.78-inch OLED touchscreen display with a 128×80 pixel resolution.

The Mi Band 3 comes with a heart-rate sensor which is present at the bottom, along with Xiaomi’s usual health management kit. Usual features like app and call notifications, activity tracking are all present on the band. The fitness features like the steps and calorie counter, sleep monitoring are all trackable via the Mi fit app on your smartphone.

The Mi Band 3 is fueled by a 110mAh battery which is larger than the mi band 2 that houses a 70mAh battery. So the Mi band 3 will be able to last around 20-days. The band is also water resistant up to 50 meters.

The Mi Band 3 is priced at Rs 1,999 in India. You will be able to buy the Mi band 3 via the flash sale on 28 September. The company mentioned the band will soon be available to buy open sale as well via offline retail stores.
