Motorola, owned by the Chinese company Lenovo, today sends out the invitations to journalists for a press event that will be held on April 19, 2018, in Sao Paulo (Brazil). As expected, the highlight of the program will be most awaited Moto G6 series which will include Moto G6, Moto G6 plus and Moto G6 Play.
According to earlier leaks, Moto G6 will feature a 5.7-inch display with Full HD + with a resolution of (2160 x 1080 pixels) and Moto G6 Plus will feature 5.93-inch display. On the front, there will a single camera of 16-megapixel, On the back, there will be a dual camera setup with 12 and 5 Megapixel. Moto G6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor coupled with 3 or 4 GB of RAM and 32 or 64 GB of internal storage. On the other hand, Moto G6 Plus will be based on Snapdragon 630 with 6 GB of RAM.
Moto G6 Play will be equipped with a 5.7-inch display with a resolution of HD + (720 x 1440 pixels), a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 2 or 3 GB of RAM and 16 or 32 GB of internal memory. Moto G6 Play received a high-capacity battery for 4000 mAh, and Moto G6 and G6 Plus – 3000 and 3200 mAh, respectively. All of them work under Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Moto G6 Play is suggested to be priced at $199.99 (roughly Rs. 13,000) and the Moto G6 will likely be priced at $249.99 (roughly Rs. 16,300). Pricing and availability details for India are currently unknown.
The MotoG6 series is much awaited as currently in the budget segment clearly the redmi Note 5 Pro is the leader. But the Note 5 pro is only available in the flash sales by which most of the users are frustrated and end up with buying other options available in the market.
