It is almost confirmed that Ubisoft has no plan to release a new assassins creed game this year. As reported by Kotaku news editor Jason Schreier, during in an earning call Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said that “We are concentrating on [sic]the moment on Assassin’s creed Origins for which we are going to launch a few other DLCs. You will be amazed by what will come on ACO, so that’s the only thing we can say now”.
It is a wise step from the Ubisoft. The Assassin’s Creed Origin is a huge success for the company as a result of a two-year leap. Now Ubisoft wants to follow this policy for their future games.
So in this year, more DLC and extra updates will come for the Assassins Creed Origins. The DLC will:
Assassin’s Creed Origins Discovery Tour ( Release: 20th February): In this DLC, origins’ Egypt will transform into a beautiful museum full of historical tour and trivia.
The Curse Of Parahos (Release: 6th March):
It is placed in the city of Thebes as it suffers from an ancient curse. Due to this curse, you get a high fever and die in bed. The long-dead pharaohs and beast rise in the city to wreck. This expansion will be accessible by players with the level cap up to 55 and introduce new gears and outfits. This expansion will release on March 6
