ZTE sub-brand Nubia has launched a new smartphone today dubbed Nubia X. The cornerstone for the device is its uniqueie dual display, the latest Snapdragon 845 processor and up to 8GB RAM. Let’s have look at the specifications of the phone.
Nubia X Specifications:
The smartphone features dual displays on the both front and rear panel. The main display is a 6.26-inch full-HD+ (1080×2280 pixels) with 19:9 aspect ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and 96 percent NTSC colour gamut. The second display on the rear panel is a 5.1-inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) display with 19:9 aspect ratio, Corning Glass 3 protection, 96 percent NTSC colour gamut, and 100 percent colour saturation.
In terms of hardware, the Nubia X is housed by the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. The graphics of the smartphone are handled by the Adreno 630 GPU. It comes with 6GB and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM options. The smartphone comes with 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB, with no option for expansion.
In the photography department, the Nubia X features dual rear camera with a 16 Megapixel camera as the primary one and has a f/1.8 aperture. A 24 Megapixel camera with f/1.7 aperture acts as the secondary sensor and a dual-tone LED FLash is also placed along the dual cameras.
The smartphone do not have a front camera but as the phone has the dual display you can easily use the main sensors for taking selfies.
As far as the Connectivity is concerned it include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB Type-C port. It houses all major sensors namely accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass, gyroscope, and proximity sensor. The smartphone is backed uo with a 3,800mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support for fast charging. In terms of dimensions, the Nubia X measures 154.1×73.30×8.4mm and weighs 181 grams.
Nubia X price :
The 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage model of Nubia X costs CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs. 35,000) for the Black and Grey with Gold color variants. The Blue variant costs CNY 3399 (roughly Rs. 36,000).
The 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant has been priced at CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs. 39,200) for the Black and Grey with Gold color model. The Blue model is priced at CNY 3,799 (roughly Rs. 40,300).
The 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 4,199 (roughly Rs. 44,500) for the Black and Gold color models.
The Blue with the Gold color model costs CNY 4,299 (roughly Rs. 45,600).
The new Nubia X is already up for pre-orders up to October 31 and will go on sale on November 5. It is available on Nubia’s China site, TMall, JD.com, and Suning.
