Oppo F9 pro live images leaked ahead of launch on August 15
The Oppo F9 pro is touted with the Oppo’s fast charging technology the VOOC charging and a tiny bezel on the top of the display or what the company calls the WaterDrop Notch. The company is teasing the smartphone for a while on its official Twitter account. However, a couple of live images of the smartphone are leaked today ahead of the launch.
Falling in line with earlier leaks, the Oppo F9 pro will be equipped with a 6.3 inch IPS LCD screen with 1080*2280 resolution. The smartphone will be running on the Android 8.1 Oreo although the Android 9 Pie is already out. The device will be housed by the MediaTek Octa-Core Helio P60 processor coupled with 6 GB of RAM and 128 Gb of internal storage that can be expanded to 256 GB via a micro SD card.
In terms of Optics, the smartphone will feature a dual rear camera setup at the back with a combination of 16 Megapixel and 2 Megapixel camera and a single LED flash. while on the front, it will feature a 25 Megapixel sensor.
On the rear side as seen in the images a fingerprint sensor also sits between the cameras and the Oppo logo. The smartphone will be fueled by a 3,400 mAh battery with the support of VOOC fast charging which can give 2 hours of talk time in just 5 minutes of charge as the company claims.
