Xiaomi Pocophone F1 Suffers defects in the screen | Pocophone Display issue
Xiaomi has recently launched the pocoPhone F1 under its newly launched brand poco. The Smartphone comes with top-notch specifications, it is powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor with liquid cooling technology, the thing that is difficult to find even in flagship phones. All this package is bundled at a very low starting price of Rs. 20,999.
The Pocophone is definitely the beast in terms of performance but since its launch, the device is experiencing a lot of issues. Earlier we have seen that the phone was not able to run Asphalt 9 ( however, it was fixed via an Update), the phone is also not able to work with Ok Google Command. The smartphone is also not able to play Full Hd videos on the online streaming Apps like Netflix and Hotstar. Now a new issue has been found in the display of the Phone.
At the edges of the screen, there are light shots, because of which the image in these areas looks paler than on the rest of the display. Apparently, this is a hardware problem that the company will not be able to fix by simply releasing the firmware update. Screen illuminations are observed not at all, but in many devices.
Especially good light at the bottom of the display is noticeable when activating a dark theme on your smartphone. Also, you can check the suspicions by running the test mode through the settings of the smartphone. To do this, four times click on the “kernel version” item in the “About the phone” section and select the “display”. When displaying pure red, blue and green colors, the pale edges are immediately noticeable.
The Xiaomi has not uttered a word over the problem, yet.’ (Pocophone Display issue)
