Qualcomm, the smartphone chip maker, introduced the Snapdragon 675 last year in the month of October, which is the upgraded version of Snapdragon 670 for the mid-range smartphones. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 is really a powerful packed deal for the mid-range smartphones, but according to a report, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 outperforms SD 710 in AnTuTu scores.
Talking about the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675, it is an octa-core processor, manufactured using the 11nm process, and comes with two performance cores of Cortex A76 working at 2.0 GHz and six power efficient cores of Cortex A55 clocked at 1.78GHz and scored exceptionally on AnTuTu platform.
Other than the improved performance with the new A76 cores, and the new image processing unit to support triple camera setup for the mid-range devices, the new Snapdragon 675 will be supporting the high end games like PUBG Mobile with better game optimisation system, which is something like we have seen in the Huawei GPU Turbo technology. Also, the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 will support the Qualcomm Aqstic, aptX audio technologies and Quick Charge 4+ in the mid-range smartphones for fast charging.
The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor for sure, but it is an exceptional case, where a 600 series processor scored more than a 700 series processor in AnTuTu. According to the report, the Snapdragon 675 processor scored 1,74,402 points, where Snapdragon 710 scored only 1,70,000 points. Also, it should be kept in mind that, the scores by the processor also depends on a number of conditions. So, it can be said, if Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 is powerful than Snapdragon 710.
