Respawn Entertainment have provided fans what can they expect from Apex Legends Season 2 update and fixes.
During the first month after it’s release Apex Legends had been the most popular game with a milestone of hitting fastest 50 million player base. But because of a lot of glitches and lack of content, the game has now entered in stagnant phase.
At EA play Respawn Entertainment promised to fix all the issues and mistakes they had committed till now.
On June 14, Respawn have offered an update on issues and how they are planning to fix them.
Apex Legends Season 2 update and fixes
Apex Legends Season 2 update – Pathfinder hitbox fix
The most significant is the ongoing attempts of the company to fix pathfinder hitbox. In the update, Respawn said that they have been “investigating Pathfinder’s hitbox and looking at player feedback. At Season 2 launch we’ll be making adjustments to the hitbox that we’ll talk more about closer to Season 2.”
Apex Legends Season 2 update fixes- Auto-fire exploit
With Apex Legends Season 2 update and fixes they will also roll a “two-stage” fix for auto-fire exploits relating to multiple weapons in the game, especially the Mastiff shotgun.
Respawn are planning to make some server adjustments in first stage fix to make this exploit occur less frequently. However, “the full fix requires a client patch that will come in the future”.
Apex Legends Season 2 update fixes
Lag and disconnects
In Apex Legend Season 2 update and fixes list, lag and disconnects will be the top priority of the Respawn. Their recent Reddit’s post also states that Respawn are rigorously investigating issues surrounding lag and disconnection issues.
They say that they are very well aware of the reports and will be providing further updates regarding this issue, but it doesn’t appear that they have a general fix at the moment.
Other topics for Apex Legends Season 2 updates and fixes in the post include the consumable wheel appearing blank, healing items being twice as effective as they are supposed to be, and legends not appearing in banners at the end of matches.
