The Korean tech giant, Samsung is a renowned name not only in producing premium flagship smartphones but also for various accessories, and here specifically we will talk about the memory cards. Samsung, who has a major contribution in the memory card market, now introducing the all-new microSD card, we came to know about it from the official website, where the company has listed the 512GB microSD card for mobile devices along with the new cheaper wireless charging pad.

The new Samsung Ego Plus microSD card was listed on the German website, where the price of the SD card on the online store was seen to be very high, that is, EUR 290 which is equal to approximately Rs. 25,000. However, the new 512GB SD card is not announced officially by Samsung, and not available to buy, but the interested user can go for the Notify Me option, where, user will be notified by email when the new product is up for sale. The new product is also listed on the official Samsung website in the US, but no details related to price were listed.

Talking more about the details listed on the website, the company claims that the new EVO Plus SD card is able to provide data transfer speed up to 100mbps, where the data like 4K video with 3GB capacity can be transferred in just 38 seconds. The new micro SD card comes with a capacity of 512GB which, company claims, will be able to hold 78 hours of full-HD videos or 1,50,300 images. The price of the new EVO Plus is higher, as we compare the 256GB SD card, which costs EUR 99 which turn out to be Rs. 8,300, where the 512GB version will cost you around Rs. 25,000, clearly the new product is not a value for money product.

Samsung Wireless Charger Pad

Other than the new SD card, Samsung also listed the new cheaper wireless charger pad. The new pad, with model code EP-P1100BBEGWW, was listed on the website with a price of EUR 35, which comes out to be around Rs.3,000. Also, the listing includes details of the device, according to which the new Samsung wireless charger will support 10W wireless charging at 5V and 2A and 15W wired charging with 9V and 1.67A. The new charger pad was not found listed on another website, and Samsung has not announced the device officially, also the official date for the launch is not known for now.
