Samsung’s widescreen gaming monitor, CHG90, is launched in India. The 49-inch curved monitor, first showcased at Gamescom 2017, is claimed by the company to be the world’s largest gaming display.
The Samsung CHG90 bears a resolution of 3840 x 1080 with an aspect ratio of 32:9 i.e. typically two 16:9 monitors melded into one. It also features 144Hz QLED display refresh rate for a smooth and shutter-free gaming experience. The monitor has 2 HDMI ports, a DisplayPort, and other outlets for audio connectivity.
The price of Samsung CHG90 is kept 1.5lakh in India, the gaming monitor sells for $1,299 in the international market, which equates to ~₹83,000.
