Guillermo Del Toro’s ‘The Shape of Water’ rules at Critics Choice Awards Nominations

As we near the end of the year 2017, the awards season is about to begin. This year got to see some of the fantastic stuff from both the Television and Movies. Series, like Stranger Things, Rick and Morty made us laugh and outperformed our expectations. Similarly, we got movies like The Shape of  Water, The Post, Lady Bird, etc. which caused us to ponder on various messages. As per the initial reports, Guillermo Del Toro‘s  ‘The Shape of Water’ is doing exceptionally well and is the front-runner on multiple awards.

The Broadcast Critics Association has enlisted their pick for this year’s best in film and television, and The Shape of Water comes out as the clear winner with 14 nominations. Other movies like Dunkirk, The Post are running behind it with each one having eight nominations.

The whole list of nominations looks impressive, but I am little disappointed as I expected to see The Wonder in one the categories. Let’s see which one of them comes out a winner on January 11th, when the event will be aired.

Here is the list of nominations for Critics Choice Award this year:-
