Last year Duffer Brothers and Netflix gave us the perfect sequel to the favorite Stranger Things. The series not only focused on taking the story ahead but also focused on the overall character development which made it a masterpiece. They also gave fans a pleasant surprise by increasing the count of the episodes by one. With another two great seasons behind us, we are even more excited for the Stranger Things 3. So, to pamper your eagerness, we have few details regarding the upcoming season.
Netflix has released the details regarding the episode count, and it is, unfortunately, less than season 2. The series will return to eight episodes; we didn’t expect it to have 13 episodes but had a hunch that Netflix may get the tenth one. However, no matter whatever is the count Stranger Things is a sure shot hit for the streaming giant Netflix.
Still, not much is clear about the season three and the direction in which it will head. Executive Producer/Director Shawn Levy confirmed that Eleven is not the only kid out there with powers, and that season 3 will mostly focus on reaching out more children like these.
Adding about the story for Season 3 the executive producer Dan Cohen said, “They’re movies, they really are standalone movies, and they really do fit within the Star Wars films or Harry Potter movies in that they are standalone things where you have enough of a nod to get into the next story, but they can function and you can enjoy on their own.”
There is a lot to find about the Stranger Things 3, whether we will get new characters or it will have bigger & worse monsters this time around. Questions like these will only pump up our excitement and don’t you worry we will try our best to answer every query of yours.
