In the image, Wiig is seen in a much of 80’s outfit and walks around in a kind of museum, looking at various animal exhibits. The photo shares much about the character Wiig is going to play. Her interest is animal exhibits shows her keen interest in animals and hence tells about her character which she has to become. Minerva eventually becomes the Cheetah which is an adversary to Wonder Woman. It looks like Minerva feels home in the museum and looking at those animal exhibits which is a very important factor in what she becomes in the end, a beast.
Aside from the picture depicting 80’s setting and even Barbara in 80’s outfit, we don’t know much about the character or the plot. In the comics, Minerva was close friends with Diana and idolised Wonder Woman. But her curiosity as an archaeologist got the best of her as she became cursed with the god Urzkartaga, transforming her into the villain Cheetah.
