Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 might be in the works with its launch to be expected in July Along with Redmi 6 Pro and Mi Max3. The news comes from China Compulsory Certification (3C), which certified a Xiaomi Tablet with specifications that lead us to believe that it is the new Mi Pad 4. The 3C listing specifies the device to be a tablet and charging interface of 5V/2A.
A firmware file was discovered last month wherein the device specs were leaked. Mi Pad 4 reportedly has a 6000 mAh battery, a slight downgrade from the predecessor, but may lead to a slimmer body. The CMIIT certification specified the Mi Pad 4 to have a dual band 5.8/2.4 GHz wifi, with no support for a Sim Card, although it might be included for a release in other countries.

The device is also speculated to have a high res 18:9 aspect ratio screen, but we believe it is just hearsay as 18:9 aspect ratio is not suitable for a tablet. It is also supposed to feature a 13 MP rear shooter and a 5 MP front cam. A Snapdragon 660 chipset with a CPU at 2.0 GHz clock speed is also rumored.
All the leaks are still preliminary, and we won’t know for sure which of them make it into the final product, but looking at Xiaomi’s legacy, we have reasons to believe that the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 is going to be a spectacular device nonetheless.
