Xiaomi recently revealed the   Redmi Note 7 in an event in China, but the next-gen Note 7 is the not the only device, that company unveiled in the event, along with it, new Xiaomi MIJIA Photo Printer was launched too. The new Xiaomi MIJIA Photo Printer comes with a compact design and a lot of features packed in it. And with all of the features, Xiaomi launched the device at a very reasonable price tag of $73 (or Rs. 5,200), continuing the legacy to provide a lot of features a lower price.

Xiaomi MIJIA Photo Printer Features –

The Xiaomi MIJIA Photo Printer, as mentioned earlier, comes with a very compact and elegant design, the device is capable of printing photos right away from the mobile device, and not only this, the printer supports a number of photo formats, and for this Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun stated that the Xiaomi MIJIA is capable of printing photos as they are, in terms of photo quality. Also, the smart printer also allows you to share photos with anyone even when you are not connected with the printer.

Xiaomi MIJIA comes with a set of color papers comprising 40 photo papers and a ribbon, which will cost you $8 as an additional amount. The printer can print photos of any format at a maximum size of 6 inches. Talking about the printing quality if the printer, the device comes with sublimation technology, with which ensures a better color reproduction in output by presenting more rich color levels and wider color gamut. The device gives a print resolution of 300 x 300dpi.

Xiaomi Mijia photo printer not only prints better photographs, but also ensures that the prints remain protected, for this, the printer coats the photos with a transparent protective film at the last step, which ensures protection from fading of ink, resistance towards scratch, fingerprint and also makes it splash-proof, also the photo dye factor is protected from gas, light or moisture.

Xiaomi Mijia photo printer gets the support for Mijia APP, WeChat app, using which users can print the photos right from the respective apps. Also, the device supports computer wireless printing and AirPrint screen printing. Currently, the device is available in China only, and there is no official information if the device will be available in other markets too.
